Photo Restoration

Permanence is one of the keys to our restoration techniques, which is the reason that the final output of your restored photograph is made on to photographic paper, to ensure longetivity.

Below is a price guide for the three basic levels of restoration, although each job will be assessed individually.

Light Restoration

Damage confined to areas of little importance, ie plain backgrounds.

£15

Medium Restoration

Damage to areas of importance, eg. hands, faces and clothing.

£25

Heavy Restoration

High restoration, extensive damage to areas of detail and background.

£35

These are broad examples, and some work will fall between these parameters.

In addition, costs to be included are as follows:

• From A4 original or smaller:
• Initial scan, finished scan (for future reprints) and CD Rom, £6
• Print costs are standard, as displayed on the price list, either for B&W or Custom Colour prints.
• Originals larger than A4 will incur the cost of a copy negative and print reduced to A4 for scanning purposes, £22.50. B&W only.
• Final prints larger than A4 will also involve the making of an additional copy negative @ £15
• All work is guaranteed, no charge will be made unless you are fully satisfied with the completed work.
