Terms of Business

Orders are taken on the understanding that customers accept these terms of business.

Copyright
All original photography and copying of material supplied is accepted on the understanding that the client is entitled to the copyright and has secured all other legal rights in such originals and that he indemnifies us from all liability upon such reproduction or publication.

Liability
Whilst every care is taken with your material, in the event of loss or damage we will be responsible only for the cost of the material involved. Should the material supplied be of great value, we would advise you that suitable insurance should be arranged. It is also necessary to inform us that you have taken this step.

Claims
Any complaint must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Prices
All prices are net. VAT is not applicable.

Delivery
Postage, packing and delivery costs will be charged where applicable.

Surcharge
We will always try to cope with rush orders. If this can be done in normal working hours, no surcharge will be made.

Payment
You will appreciate that as a small business, we are not able to give extended or large-scale credit. All accounts are payable in full within 28 days or date of invoice. We must limit any account to a ceiling of £500 credit, unless other arrangements are made. Non account holders will be asked to pay on collection of goods.

Interest at 3% per month will be added to invoices unpaid for more than 28 days.

Reservation of Title
We retain title to the goods until all amounts due from the client are paid.
